For more than twenty years we have been selling, serving and tasting an enormous variety of other people’s beer. We have a long experience of hearing what our customers like and want, and we have our own ideas on how to make them happy and satisfied.

We have dreamt of making our own brew. We have mulled over the ingredients to use and the flavours to incorporate. We’ve arranged a few dummy runs using some of our loyal and patient friends as guinea pigs.

We have tweaked the recipe here and there until we were one hundred per cent sure that we had the right amber nectar to fill the Holy Grail.
